Called and left a message for Debbie Moles about the heater not cooling.
Today I noticed the guage for one of the cleaning systems had died. The other cleaning pump is starting to make loud noises. I will have to see if it fails.
Still no call back from Paddock about the heatpump not working right.
Called and left a message for Debbie Moles.
Today it was about 115f outside. The pool water was about 92f. I attempted to switch the heater to cool but it now only has one setting, heat or off. Will have to call about this on friday.
Debbie Moles called. She said they would like to wait till September to sand the stains in the plaster since they will need to drain it again. I agreed.
Another week has gone by and still no idea on what is going to happen with the main drain or stained plaster.
Heatpump was repaired. The refrigerant level was too high. They also replaced the control board with a new updated one. He also found the plug to the changeover valve had been disconnected, so it would never have changed over to cooling.
Filter pressure was at 30 psi. I cleaned the cartridge filters. They were full of sand and construction debris. Pressure returned to 20 psi.
Heat pump repair never showed up this week.
