Paddock Pool Sucks

Prado and Sons stopped by to find out how many tiles needed to be replaced. They told me they plan on plastering Tuesday.

I talked with Debbie Moles and she said they would have a tech out to pressure test the lines on Monday or Tuesday. Then plaster on Wed. or Thurs.

They are continuing to remove the plaster.

Today they showed up and started to chip out the old plaster. They are removing all of the “perma-dirt” plaster. In some areas they have gone thru the gunite shell with the air hammers, also chipped and cracked a few tiles.

Debbie Moles called and said that the plaster should be done by Friday of this week and start filling the pool over the weekend.

The face of the waterfall was tiled today.

The stucco on the face of the waterfall was removed today.

Debbie Moles called and said that they will try and finish up the tile on Wednesday. They were out of the tile and will have more on Tuesday. A cleaning crew will also be here on Wednesday. Then the plaster can be finished.

Debbie Moles called and wanted me to sign an addendum for the tile work. She faxed it over and I signed it and faxed it back.
They will start on the tile Monday. Then finish up with the resurfacing.

Debbie Moles called today to see how it went with Allen Tile. She is trying to contact them and see where we are at.
I told her that Fiber Creations of Arizona had glued the fiber optics back in again, hoping it will hold this time.
She will call me later and let me know about the tile.

Allen tile came out and measured the waterfall for tile.

Fiber Creations of Arizona came out today and glued the fiber optics back into the waterfall, again. This time he said they would also silicone around it to keep it from falling out, again. He knew nothing about having to replace it as was discussed in previous meetings.
