Deck Touched Up
Friday, April 27th, 2007The pool deck was touched up and looks much better.
The pool deck was touched up and looks much better.
Debbie Moles called and said that someone would be out Thursday to clean the deck.
Everything else seems to be working at the moment.
The deck still has white stuff in it. I also tried to scrub it off but I think it is now a part of the deck. I am going to just leave it this way. I am afraid if it is repaired something else might go wrong. The heater is working and is heating the water. Everything seems to be up and running so far. Salt will be added next month.
Paddock came by and cleaned the pool deck. It had white plaster though-out from when they plastered the pool. I will have to see if it cleaned up in the morning.
Paddock stopped by and replaced the cartridges in the filter with new ones.
Prado and Sons replaced the broken tiles and refilled the pool.
Prado and sons started to drain the pool level down to expose the tiles.
Prado and Sons came out to replace the bad tiles, but were unable to due to the water in the pool. They said they would be back tomorrow to drain down the level of the pool so they could cut out the tiles.
Kelly with Paddock stopped by and checked the chemical levels and brush down the pool.
The pool has filled with water.
Paddock came out and added chemicals, adjusted the cleaning system, and checked out the progress. I was told to keep it brushed and the pH at 7.6. They will be back next week to check the status. In about 60 days the salt will be added after the pool has stabilized. I also need to keep an eye on the filter, as it may need to be cleaned as all the plaster dust is circulated through it.
Prado and Sons came out and plastered the pool. They also marked which tiles needed to be replaced.
Why, I don’t know, were the tiles not replaced before the pool was plastered, now they need to be cut out of a freshly plastered pool.
East Valley Excavating came out and cleaned up the pool interior, readying it for plaster.
Allen Tile showed up to replace broken tiles, but none were replaced.
Prado called and said they would not be able to be out today to replace the broken tiles, but Allen tile was already here.
Prado has the plaster scheduled for tomorrow.
Paddock came out and pressure tested the inground lines.
